VERY IMPORTANT:

If you are upgrading  your computer and/or server, please be sure you re-install the correct version of PerioPal to match your existing system. 

  • Version 8.09  uses the Unlimited and/or Pay-Per-Use Licensing
  • Version 9.0 uses an Annual Licensing Platform
  • PerioPal runs on Windows XP and Mac XP PRO

Preparation is the Key: Backup your PerioPal database, locate your PerioPal (and DataGrabber) registration number(s), and duplicate your voice profiles before removing the PerioPal program.

Upgrade services are billed at approximately $150 per hour for 3-4+  workstations per hour.

Services Policy: Credit Card Payment is collected in full at the time of services.
